A Time of Prayer to Jesus
From time to time we need to examine our hearts and try to
renew phases that do not bring us closer to our Lord. We need to look at the
whole about what preoccupies us in our daily lives. Do our days more of worries
and anxieties that make our performances in a lesser spiritual value? We need
to devout a time of prayer to God who is always willing to forgive us, always
patiently waits for us and love us unconditionally.
Jesus in His time here always has a time for prayer. He always
communicates with His Father. If Jesus who is without sin always do pray, how much
more are we in our sinful and weak nature must not do the same? By giving
ourselves time to analyze what’s happening on us, we can be able to see the
things that needed to be renewed, repaired, be focused on and mostly, we let
ourselves see at a distance where our spiritual life is heading for.
Allow ourselves to be guided and taught by the Sacred Heart.
This is the heart of Jesus who redeemed the world and who always knock at the
door. Let’s give thanks to the Lord that we are still be able to seek Him and
still given the chance to change our ways. Let our lives be guided by the
Sacred Heart of Jesus from now on.
Let’s maintain being a Christian by deeply devoting our
hearts to Christian prayers that will make us live in a straight path that our Almighty
God wants us to be. This devotion call is for all of us to hear. Jesus is always making an effort to remember His words: "Abide in Me and I in you, we shall be one in love." Any time can be the best time to allow ourselves to devout in this wonderful form of communication with Jesus. The most valuable of our heartbeats are best spent beside the heartbeat of Someone Who redeemed the world. Say a prayer to Jesus our Lord and allow Him to put this in His Sacred Heart.
A call to prayer is a call to salvation. Often times within the day, our physical bodies can easily gets some dirt along the road, so too are our hearts, our minds, and our souls at the whole. We needed to be cleaned, we always needed to be straighten up the moment we were bent by temptations.
Lets ask for His healing graces, for His guidance and truth and live with Him. Let’s hear the heart of Jesus pounding with full of love as He tells us the promises of His Sacred Heart for those of us who will devout their times with Him. In John 15:4 our Lord says:"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine, no more can ye, except ye abide in Me"

Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus is a prayer that can be recited not only during the time that we feel the need to, but it is a devotional prayer to Jesus that we can make throughout our lifetime. During the course of St. Paul's preaching he told the people to pray unceasingly and equip ourselves with the full armor of God. Jesus said He will always be with us till the end of time so let Him be at the center of our lives. This is one of the most cherished devotional catholic prayers. Let's all follow this call for us to devout our time and be always persistent in doing. Great mercies and blessings are ours to take if we only let ourselves devout our time to Jesus' Sacred Heart.
Let us always pray the Sacred Heart of Jesus novena from now on and receive His countless protection and blessings
Let us always pray the Sacred Heart of Jesus novena from now on and receive His countless protection and blessings
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy
Spirit.
Amen.
O my Jesus you said:
“Truly I say to you ,ask and you shall
receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you”
Behold I knock, I seek and I ask for the grace of this
intention….(state your intention)
Our Father…Hail Mary… Glory be…
Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You
O my Jesus, you said:
“Truly I say to you, whatsoever you
shall ask the Father in My Name, He will give it to you”
Behold in Your Name I ask the Father for the grace of this
intention….(state your intention)
Our Father…. Hail Mary…. Glory be…
Sacred Heart of Jesus I place all my trust in You
O my Jesus You said:
“Truly I say to you, heaven and earth
shall passed away, but My words shall
not passed away”
Behold, encouraged by Your infallible words, I now ask for
the grace of this intention…..(state your intention)
Our Father…. Hail Mary… Glory Be…
Sacred Heart of Jesus I place all my trust in You
O Sacred Heart of Jesus to whom one thing alone is
impossible, namely not to have compassion on the afflicted, have pity on us
miserable sinners and grant us the grace that we ask of You through the sorrowful
and immaculate heart of Mary, Your and our tender mother . Amen.
--o0o--
You can make this prayer also your healing prayer for whatever illnesses, problems, hurts and resentment you may have or for others in need. Ask the Lord the things you deeply needed and have faith in Him for our Lord Jesus Christ had once said to believe that you already received it and it will be. Healing prayer deals everything about us. Padre Pio of Pietrelcina always recite this novena prayer everyday in his lifetime.

Act of Consecration to the Sacred Heart
O Sacred Heart of Jesus,
to Thee I consecrate and offer up my person and my life,
my actions, trials, and sufferings, that my entire being
may henceforth only be employed in loving, honoring
and glorifying Thee.
This is my irrevocable will to belong entirely to Thee,
and to do all for Thy love, renouncing with my whole heart
all that can displease Thee
I take Thee, O Sacred Heart for the sole object of my love,
the protection of my life, the pledge of my salvation,
the remedy of my frailty and inconstancy,
the reparation for all the defects of my life,
and my secure refuge at the hour of my death.
Be Thou, O Most Merciful Heart,
my justification before God, Thy Father,
and screen me from His anger which I have so justly merited,
I fear all from my own weakness and malice,
but placing my entire confidence in Thee,
O Heart of Love I hope all from Thine infinite Goodness.
Annihilate in me all that can displease or resist Thee.
Imprint Thy pure love so deeply in my heart
that I may never forget Thee or be separated from Thee.
I beseech Thee through Thy infinite Goodness,
grant that my name be imprint upon Thy Heart,
for in this place all my happiness and all my glory,
to live and to die as one of Thy devoted servants.
Amen.

The Promises of The Sacred Heart of Jesus
The following promises were told by our Lord Jesus Christ Himself during His one of many apparitions to St. Margaret Alacoque (born July 22, 1647 - died October 17, 1690). She was a French Roman Catholic nun and mystic who promoted the devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
1. I will give them all the graces necessary for their state of life.
2. I will give peace in their families.
3. I will console them in all their troubles.
4. I will be their refuge in life and especially in death.
5. I will abundantly bless all their undertakings.
6. Sinners shall find in My Heart the source and infinite ocean of mercy.
7. Tepid souls shall become fervent.
8. Fervent souls shall rise speedily to great perfection.
9. I will bless those places wherein the image of My Sacred Heart shall be exposed and venerated.
10. I will give to priests the power to touch the most hardened hearts.
11. Persons who propagate this devotion shall have their names eternally written in My Heart.
12. In the excess of the mercy of My Heart, I promise you that My all powerful love will grant to all those who will receive Communion on the First Fridays, for nine consecutive months, the grace of final repentance: they will not die in My displeasure, nor without receiving the sacraments; and My Heart will be their secure refuge in the last hour.
Jesus is knocking at the door of our hearts. He wants to heal our souls of its infirmities, of its shortcomings that only the heart of One who is without sin can do. He is healing us through this devotion. The Sacred Heart of Jesus is a form of healing prayer for all of our spiritual shortcomings.
